Realising Children's Creative Potential
The Cultural Alliance Programme is revolutionizing arts education for Key Stage 2 children in Lawrence Hill, offering free weekly dance and drama lessons that foster creativity, learning, and wellbeing
Sarah is the Children’s Programme Manager at Trinity, leading the Cultural Alliance programme, an arts-education initiative designed to enhance creative opportunities for children in local primary schools.
She has a background in family support, starting as a Discharge Lead at the Bristol Children’s Hospital before becoming the Community Lead at Hannah More Primary School. There, she built strong connections between the school and the community, focusing on family engagement and creative collaboration.
Sarah joined Trinity in July 2024 to manage creative activities for children aged 0–11. She brings valuable experience in helping families access opportunities in arts, education, and health. As a local mother of two, she is passionate about creating inclusive spaces for families.
Under her leadership, the Cultural Alliance Programme integrates the arts into the KS2 curriculum, supported by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation. She also manages after-school and holiday programs that provide free, safe, and enjoyable creative sessions for primary school-aged children in Trinity’s garden and outdoor spaces.
