Crafts & Resistance: Protest China Workshop

Decorate your own unique radical fine bone china mug

Ever dreamed of making your own activist china? Now’s your chance!

Spend a relaxing afternoon creating a uniquely decorated piece of fine English bone china at PRSC's famous studio in Stokes Croft.

Choose your piece and collage as many images and text as you like from their unrivalled collection of historic and new transfers that includes vintage images of popes and royals through to modern political slogans and street-art, ready to make a mug with a message of your choosing.

PRSC’s experienced workshop crew will guide you through applying the transfers to create your own unique design, which they will fire, ready to be picked up the following week.

As a key partner for Art Of Resistance, we have commissioned People’s Republic of Stokes Croft's (PRSC) to deliver Crafts & Resistance, a series of workshops to help you create a small act of creative dissent.

Due to high demand of places there is £10 refundable deposit which will be reimbursed at the end of the session upon attendance. If you are unable to attend the workshops or need to cancel in advance of the first session, please give us at least 5 days notice in order for your deposit to be refunded.
