Come on down for an unforgettable afternoon of discovery and merriment. Try dozens of fine ciders and perries presented in 75cl bottles, learn direct from the makers, and meet other cider enthusiasts and experts. With a range of styles including bottle-fermented, pet nat, rural method, keeved, cryo-concentrated, co-fermented, and more, there's something for everyone. Whether you’re an industry native or a newcomer to fine cider and perry, good times and amazing taste experiences are guaranteed.
Fuel up on handmade savoury and sweet delights, relax in the Trinity Centre gardens, and visit the mini bottle shop so you can take your favourite ciders home. When it's all over, head across town for the Cider Salon Afterparty at The Steam Crane, BS3.
