Volunteers needed!
Want to find out more about Bristol's history? Keen to make new friends? Want to learn research and interview skills? Want to put existing skills to good use? Then volunteer on the Vice and Virtue project!
We are looking to recruit volunteers in the following roles:
- Researching (on line, archive, libraries)
- Devising and supporting heritage themed events
- Documentation (photography/film)
- Conducting audio interviews
- Conducting filmed interviews
- Summarising/transcribing interviews
- Editing audio and video interviews
- Scanning documents
- Uploading items to Trinity's digital archive
- Marketing
- Administration
- Flyering
- Minute Taking
We can offer you in return:
- Experience in working for a thriving arts and music venue
- Training in oral and archival research
- Opportunities for First aid and similar training courses
- Opportunity to add to your portfolio
- Documented record of your contribution
- Volunteer expenses of up to £5.00 per day.
