Trans Pride Bristol celebrates the diversity of transgender, non-binary, intersex, and gender‑non-conforming people in our city. The Community Day is an open, welcoming space for connection, learning, and celebration, a chance to stand together, share experiences, and highlight the strength and brilliance of Bristol’s trans communities.

Supported by Trinity, the meetups have been inspired following feedback from online workshops, delivered by Rider Shafique and Khali Ackford, as part of Trinity's community arts project What I Want To See, What I Want To Be.

Mafia Weekend CIC is back with the fifth edition of this interactive experience, which has sold out every year. The themes for this Story Gathering will revolve around local river restoration, human separation from the natural world, and local organic food growing.

The Story Gathering is an interactive workshop where participants can experience “switching it up” as characters or citizens within this story. Join and immerse yourself in this narrative, supported by professional storytellers, musicians, and artists who will guide the day.

To participate, bring yourself as you are with courage, playfulness, and a willingness to try something new.

Activities include:
-chilled, no-pressure group singing (can feel a bit awkward at the start, but ends feeling awesome)
-interactive stories from world-class storytellers
-live music
-choice between creative writing & printmaking workshops
-talks from people doing good things in Bristol
-a fun & accessible ceremony to celebrate nature & the start of autumn
-guided group discussion
-silly games
-accessible breathwork & stretching

Lunch:
Your ticket includes a hearty hot vegan lunch. The vegetables are sourced from local organic Bristol food producers (Sims Hill Shared Harvest), and the meal will be prepared by a professional chef. The meal will be gluten-, dairy-, and nut-free. Please email here. 

Attendance from the start is essential. Latecomers arriving after 15 minutes will not be admitted (it’s like going to the theatre). Please make evening plans from 5pm so that everyone starts and ends the workshop together.

With representatives from the University of Bristol’s research community, the quantum industry, and arts and culture this is the place to really discover quantum.

This March - we are launching Women Who Make and Do - an all-day market celebrating women and non-binary makers.

Taking place on Sunday 9th March, the market will host stalls from local traders selling various goods such as craft, beauty and haircare, stationery and much more. Supported by Fun Palaces, there will be local makers sharing their skills in henna, movement and various craft. There will also be activities for kids and refreshments available.

We recognise that Bristol is a creative and cultural city and would like to honour independent makers of all backgrounds for International Women's Day. Last year, we hosted All Ah Wi, a female led collective that took over Trinity for a full day of workshops and discussions to celebrate the talents and interests of women and we are keen to continue supporting and championing local women.

We’re keen to provide a wide range of stalls with original gifts and ethical products so are looking for a wide variety of traders. Explore a variety of art-making techniques to support your heath and wellbeing, using nature for inspiration and the garden plants and natural resources as materials.
