THE PROTOTYPES- Shogun’s latest signing, The Prototypes, really ignite dance floors with their debut single since being taken under Friction’s wing. Though a step away from the associated ‘Shogun’ sounds, the pair are definitely showcasing their worth through this release and live sets. Having united after being rival promoters and discovered by the legendary Roni Size, the duo really give their career a kicking up the backside with their energetic release that has been featuring as many DJs opening track.

SIGMA- Cameron Edwards and Joe Lenzie aka Sigma, have been making their presence felt on the drum and bass scene since 2007. From early releases on labels such as Charge and Viper Recordings, to the seminal All Blue on Zinc’s Bingo imprint (DNBA’s most downloaded tracks ever), the boys stepped up to the big time with serious dancefloor killers Paint It Black and the anthem El Presidente VIP. .. .. With respect now gained with the scene as producers and highly sought after DJs, Sigma continue working to maximise their profile within the realms of D&B and beyond it. Highlights include their featured minimix for Annie Mac on Radio One, squeezing in 35 tracks in five minutes as well as remix work for artists such as Top Cat on Special Dedication.

Dreadzone, the fervently followed British institution and original pioneers of UK bass culture released ‘The Best of Dreadzone: The Good The Bad And The Dread’ - a compendium of their excellent musical story so far in May this year. Still going strong after seventeen years, Dreadzone have carved a large niche and cult following. Hit records, critical acclaim and a huge, devoted fan base are theirs, due in part to their utterly storming live shows. The all-killer-no-filler 16 tracks collate the many highlights of ‘the Zone’s’ output to date - a coherent and still fresh-sounding body of work.

Trinity has two exciting Graffiti Projects coming up this June

We have two great projects for Graffiti enthusiasts taking place over the new few weeks.

Building Communities

Trinity has teamed up with Knightstone Housing to bring their project Building Communities, to life. Knightstone has invited Trinity and young people to get together and create a mural at Belmont Park in Easton. The project will help develop a more welcoming feel to the park which had previously been somewhat neglected. This project is is complemented by other improvements to the space including new gates designed by local school children.

Our resident Graffiti Artists, Mr Riks, will be running sessions on Tuesday 14th & Thursday 16th (15:30 - 18:30) and Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th (12:00 - 16:00)

If you would like to get involved contact us at info @ 3ca.org.uk - alternatively just come down and take a look...we will be painting live as part of the Easton Arts Trail!

Our Space Your Space

Our second Graffiti Project is taking place during the following weeks and is part of our Well Being Project funded by My neighbourhood. During this project, young people will be creating vibrant community wall, here in Trinity's Garden, which will reflect their ideas about their local area and will be a chance for young people from different backgrounds to work positively together.

The outside piece will be visible to all visiting Trinity's garden and will help create a more inviting space for young people and their families.

Sessions for this project will take place Tuesday 21st, Thursday 23rd, Tuesday 28th and Thursday 30th June (16:00 - 18:00). The final wall will be unveiled as part of our Free Activities Day for young people on Friday 1st July.
