Information when visiting The Trinity Centre

Visiting The Trinity Centre during  the COVID-19 Pandemic

This policy has been introduced in response to COVID-19 and is designed to help Visitors decide whether or not to attend the Centre to take part in an activity or event during the coronavirus outbreak.

The health and safety of those using our Centre is our top priority. Trinity has been and will continue to closely monitor Public Health England (PHE) guidelines in relation to COVID-19. We are working to take all reasonable, practical steps to ensure the safety of visitors and minimise risk of infection.

When coming to the Centre for a scheduled activity or event, all Visitors will be asked to read and sign our online self-declaration, in order to:

  • help Visitors decide whether or not to attend The Trinity Centre during the COVID-19 pandemic
  • assist with NHS Test, Track & Trace measures and minimise the spread of COVID-19

By attending an activity or event at the Centre, you are willing to declare to the best of your knowledge that you are not experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19 infection, however mild, e.g. persistent cough, high temperature - for the latest info on symptoms, visit the NHS self-assessment checklist.

Anyone who is at higher risk from coronavirus - including older people, people with health conditions and pregnant women - should give careful consideration to PHE advice when deciding whether or not to attend an activity or event.

Trinity agrees to store data in line with our Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your contact info will be stored for 28 days, in order to assist with NHS Test, Track & Trace measures.

If you have visited the Centre and are experiencing symptoms or believe you have come into contact with someone who has symptoms, please follow PHE Test and Trace advice.
