Bristol City Council Public drop in session

Learn about how safety and safeguarding partnerships in Bristol are changing as part of our public consultation.

In Bristol there are a number of different multi-agency Boards which are all dedicated to partnership working but each have different responsibilities. Together, they look at things like crime and disorder, promoting the wellbeing of families, and ensuring that children and vulnerable adults are safe from abuse and neglect.

The partners that make up these Boards, Police, NHS and Bristol City Council, decided to look at all the arrangements and concluded that they could work together better by merging them all into a single partnership board.

Together they have developed a proposal about what this might look like, and now want to hear from people across Bristol about what they think of the plans, where there might be problems, and what they can improve.

This drop in session is an opportunity to learn about what they are proposing and have your say about what the new partnership should look like.
