Trinity is a unique community arts space and amazing independent live music venue so we're looking for an artistic design that will inspire others.

We want to use our flyers as a platform for artists' work so, the winning design will feature on a printed flyer (5000 copies) distributed across the city! The winner will also receive two complimentary tickets to an upcoming gig of their choice*

NO ONE LIVING IN BRISTOL should be starving, going without food for days. NO CHILD LIVING IN BRISTOL should be crying themselves to sleep at night with hunger pains because they have not had a decent meal for days. It should not be this way but THIS IS the sad reality for many thousands of people, both in and out of work, living in Bristol in 2013. Food poverty is a fact of life that can effect almost anyone. Due to very high personal indebtedness, job insecurity, the rising costs of living, and severe welfare budget cuts, the majority of people living in Bristol today are at risk of food poverty. For the victims it is a chilling and severely damaging experience and for society as a whole the impact of food poverty is very costly. It has been estimated that malnutrition costs the UK's health services up to £7.4 billion a year, 50% of which is spent in community settings (ONS).

Please help us make a difference by helping those caught in this poverty trap.

Hot on the heels with the news that their 2003 breakthrough single “Ocean Avenue” has just been certified platinum (over one million sold), American pop-punk band YELLOWCARD have another reason to celebrate: this year marks the tenth anniversary of that single and its album of the same name. To kick it off, Yellowcard and Hopeless Records are releasing Ocean Avenue Acoustic, a re-imagining of all 13 songs from that album in an acoustic setting.

“On July 22, 2003 our lives were changed forever,” says the band in a joint statement. “We didn't know what Ocean Avenue would become, but it is a chapter in our story that we will never forget. We knew that for the 10th anniversary of the release we wanted to do something more than just a tour.” "Special limited edition pre-order packages of the album including exclusive white vinyl, a one time only pressing 7", hand written lyric sheets by Ryan Key and more are available now at Moment.Yellowcardrock.com.

Soon after the release of the acoustic album, the band will hit the road throughout the US as part of House of Blues 20th Anniversary Presents, performances at Harley Fest and Riot Fest, and in Europe and Australia. “In the US and Australia, we will be performing the entire [Ocean Avenue] record acoustically from start to finish, and then closing the show with an electric set that covers the other albums,” they explain. “In Europe, we will be playing the Vans Warped Tour, so the headlining shows will just be Ocean Avenue Acoustic. To hear the other records you'll have to get to the closest Warped date!”

In celebration of this 10 year milestone, Yellowcard is launching moment.yellowcardrock.com, an interactive space for fans to share their favorite Yellowcard moments, both past and present. Fans can contribute to the site by posting their favorite moments to Instagram or Twitter and using the hashtag #YCMoment. Cutting his teeth at some of Jamaica's premier sounds (Jammy's amongst many others) Half Pint emerged at the dawn of of the digital-dancehall era. Storming onto the scene in 1983 he went on to release a slew of hits from 'Mr Landlord' to 'Substitute Lover' and UK favourite 'Greetings'. With only three UK dates in the diary this promises to be one of the reggae events of the year.
