]]>Tallulah’s mesmerising and angelic voice blends the worlds of electronica and sound healing through a series of innovative and immersive experiences.
Opening with the audience being transported into a place of deep stillness through a sound bath, created through the blend of resonating sounds and vibrations from Tallulah’s voice, singing bowls and gong.
The evening will then flow into a LIVE performance of the album itself, a unique harmony of soaring vocals, healing sounds, guitar, drums and electronica that inspire dance.

Trinity presents: is our in house programme of live music and club nights inspired by Trinity’s rich music history; presenting the best of local and national artists whose sounds push new ideas in music.
Internationally revered poet, writer and socio-political commentator Benjamin Zephaniah returns to Trinity on his Spring tour of the re-release of his: Revolutionary Minds album.
Benjamin Zepahaniah is widely celebrated as one of the greatest poets of his generation, Zephaniah is strongly influenced by the music and poetry of Jamaica and what he calls “street politics”. His poetry, books and plays have captivated hearts and minds, fuelling imaginations and winning him a legion of fans all over the world.
Though his music is lesser known than his written work it is no less fervent. Created alongside his accomplished producer and collaborator The Sea, Revolutionary Minds album is a deep selection of dub-reggae juggernauts, the essence and style of which fully reinforce the messages projected through Zephaniah’s powerful lyrics
At a seemingly tumultuous and divisive period in our society, Revolutionary Minds revitalises the neglected art of the protest song. By reviving this discipline at this particular point in time, Zephaniah shines a critical light on to a range of activity that currently is taking place around the globe, providing a strong voice to the disenfranchised and displaced.
Revolutionary Minds is a chance to experience Zephaniah’s innovative talent in full force; a triumphant creation of emotional songs that highlight the poignant global issues faced by society today.

Come and join us at our first big meet up featuring news from the project so far, inspirational creatives from the BME Power List, networking opportunities (with peers and industry leaders) as well as art work, performances and music by young creatives of colour. We'll be joined by poet Malaika Kegode, DJ Adibah Iqbal and your host Euella Jackson. With artwork from Nick Ogri.
Hosted in the Trinity's iconic Fyfe Hall, it's an opportunity for you to join the Rising Arts Agency #WhoseCulture team to celebrate what we've been up to in 2018 and to have your say about where we should be going in 2019!
This is a free event but you will need to RSVP via the Eventbrite link. Trinity's bar will be open (accepting card and cash) - please bring suitable ID. This event is especially aimed at PoC aged 16-25, with creative ambitions, who want to influence Bristol art and culture, but all are welcome. See you there!

We believe we should get to define what culture means to us, and that Bristol's cultural institutions should listen. #WhoseCulture is a network, research and lobby group made up of young people of colour in the city who want to affect cultural strategy in the city and provide support for each other.
Rising Arts Agency is Bristol-based not-for-profit organisation which exists to support 16-25 year-olds with creative ambitions.

]]>‘Decolonising’ is a wide ambition to re-think and re-evaluate knowledge, culture and practice in ways that reflect and respect colonised groups and societies.
This workshop has been developed to introduce decolonial perspectives to a wider group of participants and to think further about how these might interact with, and inform, sustainability agendas.
